Location of the Property: Leasehold Industrial Property situated at Plot bearing No.B-15 (admg. area 2700 Sq.Mtrs. approx.) alongwith factory shed (admg. area 257.60 Sq.Mt.approx.) now standing thereon at Madkaim Industrial Estate, Goa Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Madkaim, Tal.Ponda, Dist.North Goa (Goa State)
Reserve Price: Rs.25.00 Lacs (Rupees Twenty Five Lacs Only)
1. Encumbrances, if any. To the best of knowledge & information of the Bank, there are no other encumbrances. Statutory dues like property taxes etc. be ascertained by the prospective purchaser (s).
2. The particulars in respect of the assets specified hereinabove have been stated to the best of the information of the undersigned, who, however shall not be responsible for any error, misstatement or omission in the said particulars. The prospective tenderers are, therefore, requested to check up in their own interest these and other details before submitting the tenders.
Terms & Conditions: -
1. Sale is strictly subject to the terms & conditions incorporated in this advertisement and in the prescribed Tender Form. Further details of the property and Tender Form can be obtained either from the office of Rupee Coop. Bank Ltd., 2062 Sadashiv Peth, Pune 30 and or factory site on the day of inspection & prior to one hour on the day of auction on payment of Rs.100/- per form.
2. Date and Time of Inspection : 21.05.2008 between 12.00 am to 4.00 pm.
3. Sealed envelops containing offers, in the prescribed Tender Form, and D.Ds/P.Os for EMD @10% of the offer amounts and non refundable Tender Fee of Rs.1000/- drawn on a Scheduled Bank in favour of Rupee Coop. Bank Ltd. payable at Pune, should be handed over to the undersigned at Bank's Head Office at their respective addresses positively on or before 16.05.2008 before 5.00 p.m. & also prior to one hour on the day of auction at Factory Site.
4. Tenders will be opened at 1.00 p.m. on 22.05.2008 at Factory site at Madkaim Industrial Estate, Tal.Ponda, Dist.North Goa.
5. The borrowers, guarantors and owners of the property under sale may, if so desired, give his/their or sponsor the best possible valid offer(s) for the properties offered for sale provided they follow requirements at 3 above.
6. The borrowers, respective tenderers, guarantors and owners of the property or their authorised representatives, may remain present at the time of opening of the tenders. The offerers will have an opportunity to increase their offers at this time if they so desired. They are therefore advised to remain present themselves or through their duly authorised and empowered representative.
7. The Bank reserves its right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason(s) and in case all the offers are rejected, either to hold negotiations with any of the tenderers or to sell the property through private negotiations with any of the tenderers / bidders or other party / parties.
8. Dispute, if any, shall be within the jurisdiction of Pune Courts / Tribunals.
